For years, I put my family's needs and responsibilities ahead of my own interests, delights, and nourishment.
I get it!
I kept adding to my list and moving my name to the bottom.
By the end of the day, I was exhausted, depleted, and spent.
What changed things for me was not finding more time.
It was deciding I was worth making time for.
That decision changed everything. It can change things for you too.
It is time to move yourself to the top of the list.
It is time to come home.
What I know after 25 years of practice
When I am grounded, aligned, and nourished, my day runs more smoothly.
I can focus and make decisions that are aligned with my intentions and values. I move through my day with greater ease instead of anxiety.
When I skip gathering my energy back to me, I feel unsettled and scattered. The low hum of worry settles in, and I become paralyzed in front of simple choices. The sense of being everywhere and nowhere at the same time overtakes me.
Over the past 25 years, I have gathered practices that bring me back to myself. Focused breathing. Centering/meditation. Journaling thoughts. Rest
Simple things. Quiet things.
What I know now is the importance of putting myself first.
I no longer wait until there is time.
I make time.
This is what I want to share with you.

Come Home is a three-week recorded series built around one intention.
Returning to yourself.
Not someday. Not once the list is shorter, the children are older, or things calm down.
Now.
We will move through simple practices to gather your scattered energy back home.
Breath and movement to settle your nervous system. A guided meditation to take you deeper. Journaling as a way of listening to what is true and present. A 10-minute Savasana, guided rest and relaxation, will be offered at the end to ground your energy.
You do not need to be a yoga practitioner. You do not need experience with meditation or breathwork. You need only the decision that this hour is yours.
Hi! I’m Blythe
I am a yoga and meditation teacher, visual journaler, nest builder, and mess maker based in the Blue Ridge Mountains of northeast Tennessee.
Over the years, I played with and experimented with practices that help me return to myself when life pulls me sideways. I gathered these tools slowly, allowing them to integrate into my life.
I built Come Home to share them with you in a way that is quiet, accessible, and real.
This is not a transformation program.
